What’s the refund policy?

Mobicip's Refund Policy is described in the terms & conditions that you agreed to, during sign up. Usually, we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on our Annual Plans and a 7-day Money Back Guarantee on our Monthly Plans. For refunds past the allotted time, the subscription is cancelled and your Mobicip subscription is available for use until the cancellation date. Please note that this information is given for reference and can change without further notice. Our terms and conditions page has the most updated information.  

If you wish to cancel your Mobicip subscription and get a refund, you can do so in the following ways:

1. If the subscription was purchased through Mobicip account, email us or submit a request here. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 business hours. 

2. In case you signed up via iTunes or Play Store in-app purchase, you will need to contact respective support for cancellation or refund.
