    If you purchased a subscription from the Mobicip website, you will be billed & charged annually. The offer/sale price shown on the website is only applicable for the first year subscription. If you made an in-app purchase on iOS, you will be billed and charged monthly through your App Store account.

  • Does Mobicip offer a free trial?

    Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial. Your trial will allow you to access all the features available within the Mobicip app.

  • Why do you need my credit card details during the free trial?

    You can try Mobicip FREE for 7 days, but Federal law requires us to get verifiable parental consent to access your child's data as part of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This is done through a verification only check with a parent credit card. Your card will be charged only after 7 days when the trial period ends. No charges will be applied if cancelled during the free trial.

  • What is a device and how can I protect more?

    A protected device would be your family's smartphone, tablet, or computer that you wish to monitor with Mobicip. You can monitor up to 20 devices by upgrading your subscription. The Mobicip app can be enabled in Parent mode on unlimited devices; these devices won’t count as protected devices.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel a subscription purchased on our website, please email We will cancel the subscription and send you a confirmation within 24 business hours. To cancel a subscription purchased on iOS as an in-app purchase, contact Apple support.
