Why are apps blocked in my child's device even though they are allowed in account settings?

You may have inadvertently checked an option in your Mobicip Dashboard that is causing this issue.

Please follow the steps below:
- Login to your Mobicip account at www.mobicip.com
- Click Family > Click on 'Configure' for the specific child profile > Mobile apps
- Uncheck 'Approved apps' only.

You will notice that the apps show up on your child's device after this change.
