This could be because your spouse created a separate Mobicip account using their email. Please note that when you add your spouse to your account, you will add their email and they will get an invite to share access with your account. They should use this invite to create an account. If they already have a Mobicip account, this won't work.
If your spouse has an existing Mobicip account or created one by mistake, please send us a note with their email ID and we will cancel their account. Then, you will be able to add their email to your account.
NOTE: Avoid creating a Mobicip account with your spouse's email for this purpose.
