My Premium Subscription Doesn't Appear In My Account

It takes a few minutes for the system to process your purchase, after which it is applied and available to your account. The license is picked up by a device when Mobicip is used on it the next time. Until that happens, you may still see the Settings > Devices page show your device at the "Basic" level.

Simply launch Mobicip one more time on your device and it will pick up the Premium license immediately.
