How Do I Manage Devices, Subscriptions, Parents and My Profile in My Mobicip Account?


This tutorial walks you through how to manage your devices and subscriptions in your Mobicip account.

My Devices

Open the Mobicip Portal or App and select My Mobicip> My Devices from the menu.

All devices registered to your account will be listed here. View the last activity time, child assigned to the device, and its subscription status. 

My Subscriptions

You can view and manage your subscriptions through this tab.



You can allow multiple admins (your spouse or guardian) in an account. Launch Mobicip Parent app > Menu > My Mobicip > My Family > Parents.

List of the current admins will be displayed with details. Tap on the '+' icon at the bottom of the page to add another parent/admin to the account.

Enter name and email of the admin and choose the permission you wish to grant to that admin. You can allow a specific admin to manage a specific child user. Then click on ‘Add Parent’.

My Profile

Manage your profile and notifications in this page. Launch Mobicip Parent app > Menu > My Mobicip >  My Profile.

You can choose to receive notifications by selecting from the list of available notifications.   

Click on ‘Edit’ at the top right corner of ‘My Profile’ page and you can update your details.

You can also change your account password to a new one here.

Make sure to 'Save' your changes.
