Able To Login At Mobicip.com, "Login Failed" On Device.

UPDATE: This issue has since been resolved. If your login fails, there are probably other reasons. Do contact us and we will help troubleshoot.

  1. Have you used theĀ  '&' symbol in your password? If yes, please change your password.
  2. Can you see if the Internet access is available? We have seen that the app reports "Login Failed" when 3G is very spotty.
