Premium Applied To The Wrong Device?

If you're like most parents, you probably tested Mobicip's Safe Browser on your personal iPhone or iPad before you set it up for your kids. Turns out that the Premium subscription is picked up by the first device that uses your account, and is likely to picked up by your personal iPhone or iPad.

Check Your Device List

To check if your Premium subscriptions have been assigned correctly, login at mobicip.com and select Settings > Devices. You will see exactly which of your devices have Premium subscriptions associated.

This may also happen when your device is replaced (or in some cases, upgraded to iOS 7 without updating Mobicip first).

Request Premium Transfer

If the wrong device has picked up the upgrade, just send a note to support(at)mobicip.com and we will make the transfer. Once the transfer is confirmed, go back online and check your device list to make sure the right devices have the upgrade.
