Missing Premium Upgrade And How To Fix It

If you purchased a Premium subscription over the last week, you may have run into a glitch on our website. One side-effect of the glitch is that your Premium upgrade may not be reflected in your account. 

Is Your Upgrade Applied?

Login at mobicip.com and go to Settings or Reports. If you see a notice recommending an upgrade, your Premium purchase has not been applied. Please contact support immediately and we can fix the problem.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. And many thanks for your patience as we resolved the issue and restored functionality.

Check Your Device List

If there isn't a notice on the Settings or Reports pages, go to Settings > Devices. You may see some devices with the Premium upgrade and some without. Go through the list and make sure the right devices have picked up subscriptions.
