Actually got a reply: Thank you for taking the time to contact Apple about improving iTunes. Apple recognizes that no one is better qualified to provide feedback about iTunes than the people who use it. I understand that you are concerned about the Parent Controls for the iPod Touch. My name is Floyd, please know that I can appreciate your concerns and I am happy to address them for you.
