It has been a while since you setup Mobicip. You continue to receive reports via email, but you haven't really logged into the Web Monitor in a few weeks or months. And now you forgot your password and/or username.
Reset Your Password
Open any browser and go to mobicip.com. Click the Login button and look for the link that says 'Forgot Password?'
You will be asked to enter your username / email address, and a link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox.
Change Your Username
The email address that your account was created with is the username. If you forgot your username, or need to change your username for some reason, simply contact support and request the change.
Enable Account On Device
Whether you change your username or password, make sure to re-enable Mobicip on each protected device using the new credentials. Otherwise, the app will report a login error and will be rendered unusable until you do so.
